The Labor Hours Monitor feature allows you to track and analyze daily working hours with high precision. This tool improves workforce management by applying specific rounding and grace period logics to your attendance data.
Accessing the Monitor
Navigate to Dashboard > Labor Hours Monitor.
Click + Add Logic Type to define a new tracking rule.
Select Logic Mechanisms
You can choose from different calculation styles depending on your company policy:
1️⃣ Mechanic Type: Actual Working Hour
This calculates the real-time spent on-site.
Configurable Settings: Eligible check-in/out window, grace minutes, maximum cap, and rounding rules.
2️⃣ Mechanic Type: Late Check-Out Minutes
This focuses specifically on time worked beyond the scheduled shift.
Configurable Settings: Eligible check-out range (From – To), grace minutes, maximum cap, and rounding rules.
Configure Logic Settings
Under the Add Logic Type window, fill in the following details:
Logic Type Name: Enter a descriptive name for the rule.
Grace Minutes: Set the allowed buffer time before the logic triggers.
Maximum Cap Minutes: Define the upper limit for the calculated hours.
Show Check-in/out Hours Within: Set the specific time window for valid entries.
Rounding Minutes: Choose how the system rounds the time (1, 15, 30, or 60 minutes).
Note: Once configured, click Add Logic Type to save your settings.
Managing & Exporting Data
Logic Visibility: Use the Manage Logics section to Enable or Disable specific rules. Disabled logics will be hidden from the table UI but kept in the system.
Edit/Delete: Use the action menu to modify existing settings if your company policy changes.
Export Data: Click the 3 dots (More Actions) icon to download the Labor Hours report in Excel format for external processing.
