A: This message appears because the number of days you are trying to request exceeds your current available leave balance. The system automatically checks your remaining days before allowing a submission. To fix it:
Check your Balance: Go to the "Leave Balance" or "My Profile" section of the app to see exactly how many days you have left for that specific leave category (e.g., Annual, Casual, or Sick Leave).
Adjust your Dates: Shorten your leave request so that the total number of days matches or is less than your remaining balance.
