Q: Why do I see the error “Leave Create Error (You only have X days in [Leave Type]. Please revise your request)”?

A: This message appears because the number of days you are trying to request exceeds your current available leave balance. The system automatically checks your remaining days before allowing a submission. To fix it:

  • Check your Balance: Go to the "Leave Balance" or "My Profile" section of the app to see exactly how many days you have left for that specific leave category (e.g., Annual, Casual, or Sick Leave).

  • Adjust your Dates: Shorten your leave request so that the total number of days matches or is less than your remaining balance.
