A: This message appears because your leave request exceeds your remaining leave balance. The system will not allow you to submit a request for more days than you have available. To fix it:

  • Check your available leave balance in the app.

  • Revise the number of days in your request to stay within your remaining balance.

  • Re-submit the request once the duration is updated.
