Q: Why do I see “Unknown error” when requesting remote check-in?


​A: This happens because the map is not loading (showing blank) and GPS is not active during the remote check-in process. To fix this, make sure GPS is enabled on your device and that your location map is loading correctly, then try submitting the remote check-in request again.
