We are excited to announce that the KPI Module is now available directly within the Better HR Mobile App. This allows you to track your performance and rankings on the go.
How to Access Your KPI Rank
To ensure you can view your performance data, please follow these steps:
Update Your App: Ensure your Better HR Mobile App is updated to version 4.0.2 or higher. You can check for updates in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
HR/Admin Setup: Once your respective HR or Admin lead has configured and finalized your KPI for the period, the data will sync to your mobile device.
View Your Rank: Open the KPI Module in the app. Here, you will be able to see your assigned KPI Rank and performance summary.
[!TIP] Can't see the KPI Module? > If you have updated to version 4.0.2 and still do not see the module, please contact your System Admin to ensure your specific KPI cycle has been published.
