The Expense Module is now available on the Better HR Mobile App (Version 4.0.2). Employees can easily submit expense claims directly from their mobile devices, and approvers can review and approve requests from their inbox.
Follow these steps to submit and manage expenses.
✅ Step-by-Step Guide
1️⃣ Access the Expense Module
First, make sure your mobile application is updated to Version 4.0.2.
Open the Better HR Mobile App.
Click on the Expense icon on the main screen.
2️⃣ Create a New Expense Request
To submit a new expense claim:
Click the “+” icon on the right side of the screen.
Fill in the required information.
Expense Category: Choose the relevant expense category.
Expense Amount: Enter the amount you want to claim and select the currency.
Date Range: Choose the date of the expense.
Attach Photo & Add Reason: Upload a photo of the receipt or supporting document, and enter the reason or description for the expense. After completing the form, send the request.
3️⃣ Request Submission
Once submitted, your expense request will automatically be sent to the assigned approver for review.
The approver will receive the request in their Inbox.
4️⃣ Track Expense Status
You can easily monitor the status of your expense request.
If the approver has not reviewed the request yet, it will appear as Pending.
You can filter and view your expenses individually by selecting: Pending, Approved, Rejected.
5️⃣ Approver Review Process
From the Approver side, the process is simple.
The approver will see the employee's expense request in their Inbox.
The approver can:
Review the submitted expense details.
Add a reason or comment.
Choose to Approve or Reject the request.
Once the decision is made, the employee will be able to see the updated status in the Expense module.
