1. Profile Management
Mass Import Employee Core Data: Seamlessly onboard large batches of new hires by uploading basic profiles, hiring dates, and core organizational placements (departments, job positions) in one go.
Mass Import Employee Custom Fields: Bulk-populate company-specific information fields—such as uniform sizes, tracking assets, or specific certifications—across selected employee records.
2. Financials & Compensation
Mass Import Salary Data: Efficiently apply annual increments, process promotional pay adjustments, or update base salaries company-wide using a single spreadsheet.
Mass Import Allowance/Deduction Data: Layer variable monthly figures—such as sales commissions, performance bonuses, or uniform and equipment deductions—directly into the active payroll cycle.
3. Compliance & Banking
Mass Import Tax Info: Update tax tiers, regional tax identification details, or exemptions for entire departments to maintain precise, compliant payroll calculations.
Mass Import Bank Info: Bulk-upload employee salary disbursement accounts or employer funding lines straight into the Payroll Data Center.
