System & Platform Enhancements
Employee Profile & Core HR
• Improved Employee Creation flow with reordered fields and clearer policy selection, including policy country flag.
• Enhanced Employee Creation import template to include Policy, Probation End Date, Contract Start Date, and Contract End Date.
• Added local employee name to Employee Directory Excel export.
• Enhanced Employee Movement export by consolidating transfer, adjustment, and promotion into a single sheet.
• Added activity tracking in Employee Profile > System tab for terminate date updates and deletions.
• Displayed “Created by” user name in employee creation records.
• Automatically deactivate employee accounts on scheduled resignation dates when skip-approval is selected.
Payroll & Reporting Enhancements
General Payroll Improvements
• Added payroll table and Excel columns for total absent days, leave days, unpaid leave days, and total late days.
• Introduced a cleaner Payroll Export layout for easier review and sharing (available in Payroll Group > Export).
• Renamed “Payroll JSON File” to “Bulk Export” for clearer understanding.
Payroll Localization & Compliance
Cambodia
• Corrected seniority calculation to exclude probation period; seniority is now calculated based on confirmed service period only.
• Seniority column to always display in payroll table and net salary receipt (showing 0 when disabled in settings).
• Updated bank formats for CIMB, FTB, and CBP.
• Set default NSSF exchange rate to 4,000.
Sri Lanka
• Updated EPF and ETF bank export formats.
• Updated payroll table tax payment type display (Table 1 / Table 2).
Thailand
• Added Withholding Tax Certificate (WTC) form download.
• Updated PND 1 and PND 1 Kor forms to display National ID instead of SSF ID.
• Added Thai-language version of the WTC form.
Philippines
• Corrected miscategorized Philippines tax items appearing under General Tax.
Vietnam
• Rounded all payslip PDF decimals to meet compliance requirements.
Myanmar
• Enabled mass download of Patakha Form 15 for all user accounts.
Attendance, Shift & Leave Management
• Restored mobile check-in/check-out time window to 13 hours.
• Added leave eligibility configuration for probation employees.
ATS & Better Jobs
• Introduced Talent Pool (Candidate Database) for centralized candidate tracking.
• Enabled interview invitation emails to all selected participants.
