We’ve been working hard to enhance your Better HR and Better Jobs experience. Here's a summary of the key improvements and fixes released in April 2025 across iOS, web, and mobile platforms.
Better HR iOS (Version 3.8.82 & 3.8.84)
New Features & Enhancements
Vietnamese Language Support added.
Attendance improvements:
Timestamp now shows if an employee checks in exactly on schedule.
Check-out time is shown in inactive mode if not yet checked out.
Leave detail screen now includes the employee's position.
Project-based payment:
First approver’s evaluated hours are now visible to next approvers.
Approval can now be restricted if employees haven’t checked in/out, based on the new Approver Restriction Yes/No setting.
Improved validation when approving project-based payment (v3.8.84).
Bug Fixes & UI Improvements
Fixed home screen crash caused by birthday or anniversary pop-ups.
Fixed issue where attachments couldn't open in project-based pay & OT requests.
Performance issues on leave approval and CV screening addressed.
Resolved issue of default files incorrectly appearing in Profile > Files.
Minor visual and logic fixes in attendance and payroll integration.

Key Enhancements
Candidate drag-and-drop now supported in HR dashboard.
Payroll updates:
Half-day leave now calculated more accurately.
Font size increased in generated payroll tables.
Tax updates for Sri Lanka (APIT/Income Tax Table 1) and Vietnam.
Payroll authorizer can now receive OTP via email.
Shift management: Shift name, start, and end times now visible in absence summary exports.
Location snapshot export: Employee code column added.
Leave module: Add Leave button is disabled until all fields are selected for better control.
Support account on/off toggle available in settings.
Regional Improvements
Vietnam:
Corrected payslip diacritic issues.
Added explanation for Vietnam-style OT.
Auto-selection of working days enabled.
Khmer:
Fixed Khmer Language incorrect allowance/deduction in PDF payslip.
Approver names added to leave analytics report.
Sri Lanka:
Recruitment bank transfer currency corrected.
UI for recruitment bank transfer credit updated.
T10 tax form updated.
Fixes & Optimizations
Fixed PDF payslip formatting and data issues.
Resolved issues with duty roster import, leave day miscounts, and invoice date validation.
Enhanced Intercom messenger data accuracy.
Fixed issue where full descriptions weren’t shown in assignment and interview messages.
