How It Works
Create a Folder First
To upload files, you must first create a folder.
Each folder can be named and described clearly to reflect its contents.
Set Access Permissions at the Folder Level
When creating a folder, you can limit visibility based on:
Departments
Locations
Positions
Custom Tags
Only employees matching these criteria will be able to view the contents of the folder in their mobile app.
Upload Files into the Folder
Once the folder is created, upload relevant documents into it.
Files are neatly organized and easily accessible within the assigned folder.
Mobile Access for Employees
Employees will find the files shared with them in the Learning Library section of the mobile app.
They can open, read, and acknowledge each document directly from their device.
Track Employee Engagement
The system allows you to monitor:
