Deleting approved leave in the system

If you need to delete a previously approved leave, follow the steps below:

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Go to the Leave Tab
    From the main sidebar, click on Leave. You will be directed to the Balance tab, where a list of employees is displayed.

  2. Search for the Employee
    Scroll through the list or use the search bar at the top to find the name of the employee whose approved leave you want to delete.

  3. View Leave History
    Click on the employee's name. This will open the Leave History page for that employee.


    Here, you’ll see all leave records, including their statuses — Approved, Pending, Rejected, and Deleted.

  4. Delete the Approved Leave

    • Locate the approved leave record you want to delete.

    • Scroll to the Action column on the right.

    • Click on the Edit icon (🖉).

    • A pop-up box will appear.

    • Enter a Manager Reason for deleting the leave.

    • Click Delete to remove the approved leave.

  5. Confirm Deletion
    After deletion, the leave status will be updated to Deleted in the Status column.
