Sometimes, you may need to correct a schedule time for a previous date — for example, if you mistakenly added the wrong working hours (e.g., 8:00 AM–4:00 PM instead of 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). You can edit the schedule directly without deleting it, so the employee’s existing check-in/out records will remain unaffected.
Step-by-Step Guide:
1️⃣ Go to the Attendance tab from the main sidebar.
2️⃣ Search for the employee whose schedule you want to change.
3️⃣ Click on the employee’s name to view their detailed attendance for the current month.
4️⃣ Scroll to or search for the specific date where the schedule needs correction.
5️⃣ In the Schedule Start and Schedule Finish columns, hover your mouse over the time.
6️⃣ You will see Edit (🖉) and Delete (🗑️) icons appear. Click the Edit icon.
7️⃣ A clock popup will appear. Choose the correct schedule time and click OK.
8️⃣ Repeat the same steps for both Start and Finish times.
✅ The schedule is now updated without affecting the attendance records for that day.
