How to Track Termination Date Updates and Activity

Activity tracking has been enhanced within the Employee Profile to provide full visibility into termination records. You can now track when a termination date is updated or deleted, including a detailed history of who made the changes.


Step 1: Access the Employee Profile

  • Click on the Employee tab from the main sidebar.

  • Search for the specific employee and click on their name to enter the Employee Profile.

Step 2: View System Status History

  • Once inside the profile, click on the System tab.

  • Click on View System Status History to check the Account Deactivated date and identify the user it was Created By.

Step 3: Check Termination Date Updates

  • Navigate to the Terminate Date field within the profile.

  • Click on the History Icon located beside the date field.

  • Review the pop-up to see the Terminated Date update history, including specific timestamps and the user responsible for the changes.


Note: The history icon will capture every instance a date is modified or removed, ensuring a complete audit trail for compliance and record-keeping.

✅ Success: You can now accurately monitor all changes to employee exit dates, providing greater transparency for your HR administrative actions.
