The Employee Movement section allows you to monitor and manage all internal changes for your staff. This feature provides a clear audit trail of professional transitions, from promotions to resignations.
Review Movement History
Navigate: Go to the Employee Tab and select Employee Movement.
Set Date Range: Use the date filter to select the specific period you wish to review.
View Details: Scroll down to the list and click beside the employee’s name. The system will display a side-by-side comparison of their Previous Data and Current Data. You can also check the activity type that you selected.
Export Data: To keep an offline record, click the three dots on the right side and select Export Excel.
Employee Profile: You can view an employee's movement history in their profile. Go to Employee Profile > Movement to see all the movements recorded for that employee.
Record a New Movement
To update an employee's status, click the + Add New Movement button. You can categorize the change under one of the following types:
Movement Type | Description |
Promotion | Use this for title changes or grade increases. |
Adjustment | Select this for lateral changes or minor role tweaks. |
Transfer | Use this when moving an employee to a different department or branch. |
Resign | Select this to process an employee's departure from the company. |
Success: All movement data is logged automatically, ensuring your organizational history remains accurate and accessible for future audits.
