How to Use the Payroll Clean View Excel Format

The Payroll Export layout has been enhanced to offer a cleaner, more streamlined view. This updated format prioritizes key data—such as allowances, deductions, SSB, and income tax—making it easier to review and share payroll summaries.


Step 1: Access Payroll Groups

  • Click on the Payroll tab from the main sidebar.

  • Select the specific Payroll Group you wish to view or export.

Step 2: Open the Export Options

  • Look at the right-hand side of the system interface.

  • Click on the Download Icon (Export tab) to open the export menu.

  • A pop-up window will appear with various export options.

  • Select Download Clean View Excel Format to generate the file.

Step 3: Download Clean View Excel

  • Open the file to see a simplified view focusing on Main Basic Salary, Allowances, Deductions, SSB, Income Tax and Net Salary columns.


Note: This is a one-way export report intended for review and sharing purposes. Please note that this specific "Clean View" format cannot be used to upload or import data back into the system.

✅ Success: Your payroll data is now available in a simplified Excel format, providing a clear and professional summary for your records.
