When a public holiday is configured and assigned to specific employees, the system automatically flags these dates. The Duty Roster will then display a holiday indicator in the corner of the employee's schedule.
Step-by-Step Guide:
🔹 Step 1: Set Up the Public Holiday
1️⃣ Go to Settings > Policies.
2️⃣ Select the relevant policy and go to the Leave section.
3️⃣ Click the edit icon next to Public Holiday.
4️⃣ Add the holiday name and date, then Save to Update Policy.
🔹 Step 2: View on Duty Roster
1️⃣ Navigate to the Attendance > Duty Roster tab.
2️⃣ Locate the specific employee name.
3️⃣ Add the schedule (duty time) for that employee on the holiday date.
4️⃣ Check the corner of the schedule cell to see the public holiday indicator.
