If you need to assign a working schedule to a day that was previously marked as an off-day, you must first remove the off-day from the Duty Roster, then manually add the schedule from the Attendance Record.
Step-by-Step Guide:
🔹 Step 1: Delete the Off-Day from Duty Roster
1️⃣ Go to the Attendance tab from the main sidebar.
2️⃣ Click the Duty Roster sub-tab.
3️⃣ The duty roster will display from today onward. You can use the date filter to select a specific date range.
4️⃣ Use the search bar to find the employee you want to edit.
5️⃣ Locate the specific off-day you want to remove (e.g., Monday, June 16 — it will display as "Monday Off").
6️⃣ Click on the off-day label and then click Delete to remove it.
🔔 Note: Once deleted, that date will no longer appear in the employee’s monthly attendance view.
🔹 Step 2: Add the New Schedule
1️⃣ Go to the Attendance Record tab.
2️⃣ Search for and click the employee’s name to open their attendance details.
3️⃣ You’ll notice the previously deleted off-day (e.g., 16 June) is now missing from the calendar view.
4️⃣ Click the Add Hours button.
5️⃣ In the popup box:
Select the Date (e.g., 16 June)
Enter the Schedule Start Time and Schedule Finish Time
Enter the Actual Check-In and Check-Out times if needed
Optionally, add a remark
6️⃣ Click Confirm to save.
✅ You’ve now successfully added a work schedule to a previous off-day.
