Q: Why do I see the error “QR code is expired” when I try to scan the manual QR code?

A: This means the QR code currently on display is no longer valid and has timed out. To fix it:

  • Contact your Dashboard User or Admin to re-generate and print a new QR code.

Once the new QR code is displayed, you can scan it to check in or out successfully.
