Q: Why do I see the message “There is no Shift for today” when I try to check in?
A: This happens because there is no schedule or shift assigned to you in the system for the current date. Without an active schedule, you cannot log your attendance. To fix it:
Contact your Dashboard
to have them set up or assign your schedule.
Once the Admin updates your shift schedule, you will be able to submit your check-in and check-out successfully.
