Q: Why do I see the error “You didn’t select any schedule. If you don’t have one, please contact your HR” when trying to check in?

A: This happens because you haven't selected a schedule, or your Admin hasn't assigned a duty time to your profile. To fix it:

  • Go to your settings and select your assigned schedule.

  • If no schedule is available to select, contact your HR or Admin to have your duty time added to the system.

  • Once the schedule is assigned and selected, you will be able to submit your check-in and out.
