A: This error occurs when you attempt to clock in or submit an attendance request for a time that has not yet happened. The system only allows attendance records for the current time or past times. To fix it:
Check your Device Time: Ensure your phone’s date and time settings are set to "Automatic" or "Network Provided." If your manual time is even a few minutes ahead of the server time, the request will be blocked.
Select Current Time: If you are manually entering a time for a request, ensure the selected time is not later than the actual time shown on your status bar.
Wait and Retry: If you are trying to clock in early for a shift, wait until the actual start time or the current moment before tapping the button.
