In Better HR, dashboard user can create new OT policy. You can adjust minimum OT hours and maximum hours for OT. You can also limit the past days to request OT and adjust OT rate.

1). Go to 'Setting' and click 'Policies'.
2). Choose the policy you want to create new OT policy and click 'OT'.
3). Fill all the information and click 'Update Policy'.
4). Click 'Confirm'.
