Most of the Better HR users asked this question "How can admins do when employees are not recorded their OT data in system?". Yes, sometimes employees can't submit their OT request in software because of some error or some conditions but they have got approved via mobile or face to face from their line manager .In this situation , line managers or admins who has permissions to manage that kind of issues  can fill their( employees') OT data in software.

To fill OT data of your employees,
( 1 )Go to 'Attendance',first.
( 2 )Click 'Overtime'.
( 3 ) When you are in that page, click 'Add Hours' and fill all the information.
(4) Click 'Confirm'
