After setting up payroll in the Setting, Policy and Employee profile, the payroll can start running.

1. Forming a Payroll Group
Payroll can be calculated by grouping all employees and can be done by department or location.


To create a Payroll Group,

1) Click on 'Payroll' and 'Create Group'.

2) And enter a group name and select approver and click 'Next'.

3) Then, check the employees to be calculated and click confirm group to start the calculation.

(If employee's basic salary has not been entered yet, you can enter it manually.)

4) Check payroll period and click 'Confirm'.

2. Generating Payroll group
After confirming the group, enter the total amount of gross taxable earning for previous months, total PIT paid for previous months, and total SSB paid for previous months before the start of the fiscal year. Once the payroll is calculated, the system automatically generate these amount.

*After entering those amounts, click 'Generate Payroll'.

3. Entering Custom Allowance & deductions
Once generated, you can manually enter custom custom allowance and deduction amounts.

If tax information has not been entered yet, you can enter it manually.

You can click on Income tax, SSB, Overtime, Absent and Unpaid Leave that are automatically calculated by the system

4. Custom Allowances & deductions can be exported excel / re-imported into the system
Allowances can also be modified by downloading the excel file.

Except for Locked columns, you can enter the amount you want to edit.

After editing the Excel file, you will need to re-import the file.

5. Regenerating payroll
If there are pending requests (Attendance / Leave / OT pending requests) for these employees that are not approved, click Regenerate Payroll after those requests are approved.

And click 'Confirm'.

6. Sending Payroll file to approver
After checking the payroll calculation data, you can send it to the Approver by clicking 'Send To Approvers'.

Enter short message to approver if you want and click 'Send'.

7. Downloading bank format
Click on 'Download Bank Format' and you will see the information to be paid to the bank in an Excel file.

8. Publishing Payslip
Click 'Publish Payslip' to send Payslip to employees. (Note: After sending Payslips to employees, payroll information and that Payroll Group cannot be deleted, so make sure to check the salary before publishing.)

And click 'Confirm'.


Click 'View more' to view your employees' payslips after publishing.

9. Downloading Payroll Form 13, From 15 and Year End Tax Report
Form 13, Form 15 and Year End Tax Report, which need to be paid to government departments, can also be exported.
