If you need to assign a working schedule to a day that was previously marked as an off-day, you must first remove the off-day from the Duty Roster, then manually add the schedule from the Attendance Record.
Step-by-Step Guide:
đš Step 1: Delete the Off-Day from Duty Roster
1ď¸âŁ Go to the Attendance tab from the main sidebar.
2ď¸âŁ Click the Duty Roster sub-tab.
3ď¸âŁ The duty roster will display from today onward. You can use the date filter to select a specific date range.
4ď¸âŁ Use the search bar to find the employee you want to edit.
5ď¸âŁ Locate the specific off-day you want to remove (e.g., Monday, June 16 â it will display as "Monday Off").
6ď¸âŁ Click on the off-day label and then click Delete to remove it.
đ Note: Once deleted, that date will no longer appear in the employeeâs monthly attendance view.
đš Step 2: Add the New Schedule
1ď¸âŁ Go to the Attendance Record tab.
2ď¸âŁ Search for and click the employeeâs name to open their attendance details.
3ď¸âŁ Youâll notice the previously deleted off-day (e.g., 16 June) is now missing from the calendar view.
4ď¸âŁ Click the Add Hours button.
5ď¸âŁ In the popup box:
Select the Date (e.g., 16 June)
Enter the Schedule Start Time and Schedule Finish Time
Enter the Actual Check-In and Check-Out times if needed
Optionally, add a remark
6ď¸âŁ Click Confirm to save.
â Youâve now successfully added a work schedule to a previous off-day.
