Viewing and Filtering Bank Information
To review existing banking records, navigate to:
Payroll > Payroll Data Center > Bank Information
From the dashboard, you can quickly locate and organize records using the following tools:
Search Bar
Instantly find employee bank records by typing an employee’s name into the search field.Advanced Filters
Refine and sort records by:Position
Location
Department
Bank Name
(e.g., view only employees using CB Bank or KBZ Bank accounts)
These filtering options make it easier to audit payroll bank distributions and manage employee payment information efficiently.
Bulk Importing Bank Information via Excel
For large-scale onboarding or company-wide banking updates, the system supports bulk data migration through Excel import templates.
Step-by-Step Import Process
Navigate to the Bank Information dashboard.
Click the Import Data button located on the top-right corner.
Select the appropriate import category:
Import Employee Bank Mass Data — for employee salary account details
Import Employer Bank Mass Data — for company payroll funding accounts
Choose the required bank from the dropdown list.
Click Download Template.
Open the Excel template and complete the required fields, such as:
Employee identifiers
Account numbers
Branch codes
Save the completed file.
Return to the system and upload the file using drag-and-drop or the file browser.
Click Upload File to complete the import process.

Formatting Tip: Do not modify the column headers in the downloaded Excel template. The system uses the exact header names to correctly map and import the data into the appropriate fields.
