To post jobs on Better Jobs, you need to have enough ATS credits in your account. If your credit balance is low or empty, you can easily top up using your Top-Up Balance in Better HR. Here’s how to do it step-by-step:
Step 1: Access Top-Up Balance
Go to the Settings tab in Better HR.
Click on the ATS Credit System sub-tab.
At the top right corner, click the Top Up Balance button.
Step 2: Select Your Country
A box will appear prompting you to select your country.
Tick Myanmar and then click Continue.
Step 3: Enter the Amount of Credits to Top Up
A new box titled “Enter Credits Amount to Top-Up” will appear.
You can adjust the number of credits by:
Clicking the + sign to increase credits in increments of 25.
Clicking the – sign to reduce credits by 25.
Or manually typing in the desired number of credits.
After setting the amount, click Continue.
Step 4: Choose Your Payment Method
Select your preferred payment method from the available options:
KBZPay
Bank Transfer
Click Continue.
Step 5: Review Payment Information
A summary page will show:
Credit amount (e.g., 25 credits)
Payment method (e.g., KBZPay)
Total amount payable
Confirm all details are correct, then click Confirm Payment.
Step 6: Make Payment via KBZPay (or Bank Transfer)
If you chose KBZPay, a QR code will appear for you to scan and complete the payment.
For bank transfers, a PDF invoice will be available for download.
Step 7: Submit Payment Receipt
After completing the payment, send the payment receipt to Better HR Support.
Once verified, your ATS credits will be added to your domain account, and you can start posting jobs again.
