Once your company profile is complete and your ATS credits are topped up, you're ready to post a job on Better Jobs. Follow these steps to create, review, and publish your job listing.
Step 1: Go to the Recruitment Tab
On the left sidebar of Better HR, click on the Recruitment tab.
At the top right corner, click Create Job.
Step 2: Select Company and Country
A pop-up box will appear.
Choose the Company you want to post the job for.
Select Country (e.g., Myanmar).
Click Continue.
Step 3: Fill in Hiring Information
Complete the following fields carefully, as they will appear on your public job post:
Job Title – Name of the position.
Department – Select the relevant department.
Location (Branch) – Choose the office location.
State / Province and City – Define the job’s geographic location.
Expected Hiring Date – Pick the target date for hiring.
Seniority Level – Entry, Mid, or Senior level.
Employment Type – Full-Time, Part-Time, etc.
Workplace Type – On-site, Remote, or Hybrid.
Hiring Manager – Assign a team member.
HR Admin – Select a user to help manage the process.
Salary Range – Optional, but improves transparency.
Office Address – Physical location of your office.
Optional: Hide Salary Range
If you prefer not to show salary publicly:
Toggle on the Hide Salary option.
Set both Minimum and Maximum Salary to 0 MMK.
Step 4: Add Job Description & Requirements
In the Job Details section, complete the following:
Job Description – Outline the key responsibilities and tasks.
Job Requirements – List required qualifications, experience, and skills.
Benefits & Perks – Highlight incentives like health coverage, team outings, career growth, etc.
Click Next to continue.
Step 5: Confirm Credits and Preview Job
At the Pricing stage, you’ll see how many credits are required.
Toggle the switch ON to confirm credit use for this post.
(Optional) Click Preview to see how the job will look on the Better Jobs site.
If everything looks good, click Post on Better Jobs to publish.

Your job is now live on the Better Jobs platform and visible to potential candidates. You can manage applications and track progress from the Recruitment Desk.
