Better Jobs is a recruitment platform designed to help you easily post job openings, manage applicants, and streamline the hiring process. Before you post a job, it’s important to ensure you have enough credits in your ATS Credit System, which is used to publish job listings.
🔍 What You Need to Know First
Each job post requires 10 credits.
The cost per 10 credits may vary slightly based on the current market rate.
Credits are managed under the ATS Credit System in your Better HR settings.
You can top up credits using your Top-Up Balance if your credit is low or empty.
⚙️ Where to Check Credits
Go to the Settings tab in Better HR.
Click on the ATS Credit System sub-tab.
You’ll see:
Your current credit balance
Option to buy more credits using your Top-Up Balance
This step is essential before you start creating job posts, and in the next section, we’ll walk through the process of purchasing credits.
How to Top Up Credits Using Top-Up Balance

To post jobs on Better Jobs, you need to have enough credits. If your ATS Credit balance is low, you can easily top up using your Top-Up Balance. Here's how:
Click "Top Up Balance"
Go to the top right corner of the ATS Credit System page and click Top Up Balance.
Select Country
A box will appear:
➤ Tick Myanmar
➤ Click Continue
Enter Credits Amount to Top-Up
A new box will appear titled "Enter Credits Amount to Top-Up"
Click the + sign to increase by 25 credits.
Click the – sign to reduce credits by 25.
Or manually type the number of credits you want to purchase.
Click Continue to proceed.
Choose Payment Method
Select from the available payment options:
✅ KBZPay
✅ Bank Transfer
Click Continue
Review Payment Information
A summary will appear showing:
Credit Amount (e.g., 25 credits)
Payment Method (e.g., KBZPay)
Click Confirm Payment
Make Payment via KBZPay
A KBZPay QR Code will appear for you to scan and complete the payment.
Submit Payment Receipt
After making the payment, send the payment receipt to Better HR Support.
Once verified, your ATS credits will be added to your domain.

Set Up Your Company Profile
Before posting a job, you need to create your Company Profile in the Application Tracking System (ATS):
Go to
Settings
> Application Tracking System tab.Click “Create Company Profile.”
A pop-up box will appear. Fill in the following:
Upload your company logo.
Enter your company name.
Select your country (e.g., choose Myanmar from the dropdown list).
Click Confirm to save your profile.
Complete Your Company Profile Details
After creating your company profile:
Click on your company name or logo in the ATS tab.
You’ll be taken to a detailed company profile page where you can fill in more information:
Company URL (e.g., your website or LinkedIn page)
Company Description (briefly describe your organization, culture, and mission)
Upload a Cover Photo to make your profile more attractive to applicants.
You can also complete other optional details to enhance your company presence on the job board.
After entering all the information, save your changes.
Creating a Job Post

Once your company profile is complete, follow these steps to create and publish a job post:
Go to the Recruitment tab on the left sidebar.
Click on “Create Job” at the top right corner.
A pop-up box will appear:
Select Company: Choose the company you want to post the job for.
Select Country: Choose Myanmar.
Click Continue to proceed to the job details form.
Fill in Hiring Information
After selecting the company and country, you'll be taken to the Hiring Information stage. Here, you’ll need to complete key job details that will appear in your job post:
Job Title – The name of the position.
Department – Select the relevant department for the role.
Location (Branch) – Choose the branch where the role is based.
State / Province and City – Specify the geographic location.
Expected Hiring Date – Select the target date to hire.
Seniority Level – Indicate the seniority (e.g., Entry, Mid, Senior).
Employment Type – Choose Full-Time, Part-Time, etc.
Workplace Type – Select On-site, Remote, or Hybrid.
Hiring Manager – Assign a hiring manager from your team.
HR Admin – Assign an HR admin to help manage the recruitment.
Salary Range – Enter the expected salary range for transparency.
Office Address – Provide the physical office address.
Optional: Hide Salary Range
If you prefer not to display the salary range publicly on the job post:
Toggle the “Hide Salary” option.
Then, set both Minimum Salary and Maximum Salary to 0 MMK.
This ensures the job post is successfully created without revealing the salary details.
Once all fields are filled in:
Double-check your entries for accuracy.
Then, click “Next” to proceed to the Job Description & Requirements stage.
Job Details
In the Job Details section, provide all the essential information to attract qualified candidates:
Job Description: Clearly explain the responsibilities and duties of the role.
Job Requirements: List the skills, experience, and qualifications needed.
Benefits & Perks: Highlight what the employee will gain (e.g., health benefits, career growth, team outings, etc.).
Once you've completed all the fields, click “Next” to proceed to the Pricing stage.
Pricing Stage
At the Pricing stage:
You’ll see the required credit amount needed to post the job (e.g., 25 credits).
Toggle the switch ON to confirm you want to use your credits for this post.
You can click Preview to view how your job will appear on the Better Jobs website.
Once everything looks good, click “Post on Better Jobs” to publish the job.

Once you’ve submitted the job post, it will be visible on the Recruitment Desk. To view it on the Better Job website, you can click the arrow next to the position title. You can also check how many CVs you’ve received under the "Total CV" section.
Job Post Visible on Better Jobs
To view the incoming CVs, please click on the Job Title.
The submitted CVs will be visible in the Screening stage of the Candidates tab.
Click on "View CV" to review the CV and then select either "Reject" or "Qualified" based on the evaluation.
By clicking on the employee box under the Qualified section, you can send assignments or interview invites according to each stage.
In the Assignment Stage, you can send assignments using the "Add Assignment" button.
The candidate will receive an assignment notification in their Better Jobs App, and they will be able to complete and submit the assignment.
Move to the Interview Stage and use "Schedule Interview" to send invites for multiple rounds such as 1st Interview, 2nd Interview, etc. When sending the interview invite, you can also choose between Virtual or In-Person options.
This is the Job Interview Invitation that arrives in the candidate’s Better Jobs App.
After the interview is completed, in the Interview stage, tick the option to send notifications to the interviewers for feedback and rating, then click "Finish Interview."
This is the format of the feedback request that arrives in the interviewers’ inbox within the Better HR App.
You can see the interviewers' feedback for a candidate in the Basic Info tab under the candidate’s name.
In the Offer stage, you can send a job offer by using "Create Offer."
This is the Employment Letter that the candidate receives in their Better Jobs App.
If they want to accept, they can click "Sign to Accept Offer."
If they want to reject, they can click "Reject Offer."
If you want to unpublish a job you posted, go to the Recruiting Desk's Job Details tab, click the Published button, and select Unpublished — you can also switch it back the same way.
If you want to close a position, go to the Recruitment tab. In the Action column at the end of the position row, click the three dots and select Close Position.
