The KPI Tracker allows you to record and manage KPI (Key Performance Indicator) data for all employees — such as those in Sales, Customer Success (CS), or any other team.
Follow these steps to get started:
✅ Step-by-Step Guide
1️⃣ Access the KPI Tracker
Click on the KPI Tracker icon from the left sidebar menu.
You will be taken to the KPI Tracker Dashboard.
2️⃣ Create a KPI Group
To begin adding KPIs for employees, you must first create a group.
Example Group Names:
Sales Team Q3 KPIs
CS Team Monthly Targets
After entering the name, click Create Group.
Your new group will now appear on the dashboard.
3️⃣ Add KPIs to the Group
Click on the group name to enter the group dashboard.
You will see columns labeled KPI, Target, and Actual for each month.
You can select your desired month range by clicking on the calendar icon.
4️⃣ Add a New KPI
Click on Add A New KPI in the top-right corner.
A pop-up will appear where you can enter the KPI Name and its Unit of Measurement.
Example KPI Names and Units:
Number of New Clients Onboarded → Unit: Clients
Monthly Sales Revenue → Unit: USD
Customer Satisfaction Score → Unit: Points
Click Create KPI after entering the information.
5️⃣ Assign Employees to a KPI
After the KPI is created, it will appear in the list.
Click the + icon in front of the KPI name.
A box will appear where you can search for an employee’s name or select from the dropdown list.
After selecting, click Add Employee.
To view the assigned employees, click the right arrow (>) next to the + icon.
6️⃣ Input Target and Actual Values
For each employee listed, you will see rows for each month.
In each row, enter:
Target Value (e.g., 100 Clients)
Actual Value (e.g., 85 Clients)
The system will automatically calculate the Percentage (%) for you.
7️⃣ Add More KPIs
You can continue adding more KPIs within the same group by repeating Step 4.
All KPIs in the group can be managed together for the selected employees.
