October brought major upgrades across payroll, compliance, automation, and system performance — including the full rollout of Indonesia Payroll, smarter audit tracking, and improved payroll transparency. These updates strengthen regional compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across Southeast Asia.


System and Platform Enhancements

Payroll Data Center

  • Added join date and resign date columns for each employee.

  • Introduced item-level analytics for Salary, Allowance, and Deduction.

  • Fixed join and resign date logic to show accurate calculations.

  • Default country policy now auto-loads in month-on-month report.

Core Payroll Engine

  • Non-Attendance Calculation
    Introduced new option to divide by either principle working days or scheduled working days, making policies adaptable for varied shift calendars.

  • Payroll Group Summary & Month-on-Month Reports

    • Standardized sorting by group and month for consistent reporting.

    • Default country policy now auto-loads on initial access for faster setup.

  • Payroll Group Visibility
    Added an extra control for permission groups for Payroll Group Visibility whether all or approver assigned group only

  • End-of-Month Payment Balance Display in Cambodia payroll
    Fixed issue where balance amounts were not appearing in payroll summary view.

  • Payslip JSON Download
    Enabled JSON download of payslips for all authorized accounts, simplifying integration with third-party systems.

Summarize and Day-by-Day Reports

  • Added columns for project-based pay and overtime hours.

  • Added on-day-off, on-holiday, and on-leave hour columns.

  • Fixed export failure and blank check-out time issue.

  • Added support for double-shift check-in/out display.

Security and Audit

  • Added account activation and deactivation tracker in employee profile.

  • Enabled payroll export tracking in security log for audit transparency.


Payroll Localization and Compliance

Cambodia

  • Implemented custom salary base for Tax and NSSF calculation.

  • Added new NSSF Contribution Form (2025 government requirement).

  • Fixed E-Form upload template error.

Vietnam

  • Fixed employer contribution calculation in export file.

  • Resolved payroll generation page loading error.

Philippines

Myanmar

  • Introduced bank export format for CBP, CIMB, and FTB.

Indonesia

  • Initial release of Indonesia Payroll module.


Attendance, Roster, and Leave Management

  • Added minimum leave-days condition for leave requests.

  • Blocked space characters when entering salary values in Excel imports.

  • Fixed remote check-in/out timestamp errors and overnight shift (7 PM – 7 AM) date alignment.

  • Resolved duplicated holiday import from policy (Deepavali).

  • Improved leave analytic export performance for large data sets.

  • Added resign filter in Employee Directory (System Status Filter).


AI Agent Enhancements

  • Fixed resignation process for multi-approver cases.

Permissions and Access Control

  • Fixed “Assigned Group Only” policy selection for employee creation.

  • Improved permission filter logic for manager dropdown and mobile visibility.

Mobile and App Optimization

  • Fixed mobile scrolling issue for assigned managers in new permission setup.

  • Corrected email and password login error for specific user accounts.

  • Added KPI-by-person view.

  • Re-ran monthly backup (August) for attendance, leave, and audit logs.

  • Optimized summarize report performance for Yoma Bank large datasets.

  • Fixed leave request submission logic when remaining balance was less than pending count.

  • Fixed department dropdown issue in Employee Directory.

  • Refined salary mass import effective-date format handling.


Bank Integrations and API Upgrades

  • Upgraded SMS Poh Myanmar API to Version 3.

  • Enhanced bank file export format logic with verification per country.
