Q: Why does the system display an error message with "Please add the reason you're applying for leave"?
A: This error usually occurs because the Reason field has been left blank. To submit your request successfully, you must type a brief explanation for your leave in the message box. Once you have added your reason, tap Send Request to complete the process.
Note:
Ensure all required fields (like dates and leave type) are filled before clicking send.
If the error persists after adding a message, please check your internet connection or contact your HR administrator.
