Q: Why do I see the error “Please add a reason for your response” when requesting Project-Based payment and OT?
A: This happens because the reason field is mandatory for these requests. To fix it:
Enter a brief explanation or reason for the Project-Based payment and OT.
Once the reason is added, click Send Request to successfully complete the process.
