Q: Why do I see the error message “The nrc has already been taken”?

A: This happens because the NRC number you entered is already registered in the system. The system does not allow duplicate NRC entries. To fix it:

  • Double-check that you have entered the digits correctly.

  • If the number is correct but you still see the error, contact your Admin to check if your profile has already been created.
