Q: Why do I see the message “Employee Creation is over limit!”?

This message appears because your company has reached the maximum number of users allowed under your current subscription. When registering a new employee, the system detects that all subscribed user seats are already in use. To continue, you can deactivate a resigned or inactive employee to free up a seat, or purchase additional user seats by contacting your Customer Success (CS) key person.
