Welcome to Better HR!

When you log in to your company’s Better HR domain (e.g., mmdemo.better.hr) using the username and password, you’ll land directly on the Dashboard — a real-time overview of your workforce’s daily activity.​

This guide will help you understand the main layout of the Better HR system and how to navigate it.​

1. Left Sidebar (Main Navigation Menu)

All major features of the system can be accessed from the left sidebar, which includes icons for each module.Here’s a quick overview of what each one does:​

2. Lower Sidebar Tools

Located at the bottom of the sidebar, these tools support system configuration and support access:​

  1. Download Center – Export reports​

  2. Support Chat – Contact Better HR support for help or issue resolution.​

  3. Employee Icon – Setting and Logout ​

  4. Setting - Open the system setup panel. Here, you can:​

    - Set up company details​

    - Manage Employee Setup: create departments, define positions, and add

    custom fields​

Main Panel (Dashboard Overview)​​

    Summarizes leave types (Annual, Casual, Education, etc.) and how many days have been taken.​

Leave Details

  • On Leave – Shows which employees are currently on leave and the reason.​

  • Pending Requests – Displays upcoming or awaiting-approval leave requests.​

Organization Activity

  • Milestone Tracker – Highlights recent resignations, new hires, anniversaries, and other key events.​

  • Employee Movement Chart – A monthly breakdown of new hires, resignations, promotions, and transfers.​

  • Headcount Today – Displays current active employee count.​

Announcements
A list of company-wide announcements, including location- or department-specific notices.
