If your employees have two contact numbers, you can add this another one by adding custom field in Better HR. Here is the tutorial video for you.

1). Go to 'Setting' and click on 'Employees'.
2. Click on 'Add Custom Field' and choose 'Phone' and fill the information required.
3). Click on 'Employees' and the name of employee you want to update.
4). When you are in the employee detail view, click on 'Custom Fields' and fill the phone number.
5). Click on 'Update'.
