Error Characteristics: Sometimes mobile users will face issue like 'Easy check-in button is grey'. 

If you are going to use Easy check in, you need to be in a designated office location.

(1) Turn on your phone's GPS.

(2) Go to Manual Check in and check the map.

When the map appears,

(3) Once the map appears, walk a few minutes to be bright the easy check in button.

(4) When Easy check in button is bright, submit attendance.

If the map is not yet appeared,

(5) Press 'Use without Google Play Services’. Walk a few minutes to appear the map.

(6) When Easy check in button is bright, submit attendance.

Although the above processes are done, if easy check in button is grey, the mobile user need to request the respective managers to check the following facts.

1. The dashboard user need to check employee work location in the web portal

2. The dashboard users need to check whether their location pin on GPS is correct.

Setting>Company>Location>Find on map.
