New Feature Release
Project-based Analytics - overview analytics for the users to view data quickly and manage the workforce effectively and efficiently. Users can set up which kind of information to be shown on the Analytics page in the top section.
Project-based Payment ( for Sri Lanka) - a new hourly payment for some enterprises and NGO organisations which would like to pay their employees for overtime based on projects.
Bug Fixes
We have made small bug fixes for this week listed below:
We have fixed a small bug that the SSB amount is duplicated in total deduction but the net salary amount is correct.
We also fixed that currency in job activity forms only shows Myanmar currency (MMK) and can't choose other currencies in Sri Lanka.
We have made a bug fix for tax information to be synced without needing approval.
We also fix other error handling for tax information requests to show warnings.
We fixed a rare bug that it's showing approver names instead of requested employee names in approved and rejected project requests.
We have fixed a bug that the chat feature doesn't appear when users open our mobile app and need to re-login to see the chat feature.
Improvements
We have improved our Duty Roster UI to be compact and clean so that users can see from Monday to Sunday without needing to scroll in the week view.
Now we have also developed an Import feature for Duty Roster to upload shifts with an excel file.
iOS
We have fixed a little UI error for the text "Upcoming Anniversaries" in the anniversary tab.
We fixed a rare bug that crashes when users select people quickly in chat.
We also fixed that users can't open pdf file attached in the announcement.
We had made a bug fix that is showing an error message when users try to approve project requests by clicking on push notifications.
We have improved " App lock " to ask for password when users open the app if users enable the App Lock feature.
We also improved sorting project cards by date on the iOS app.
We have made UI changes for ineligible leave cards to adjust colour and contrast for better readability.
We also fixed that birthday and anniversary count are not working correctly.
