Better HR supports a range of HR and employee management activities. Here are the key things you can do inside the system:

  • Manage Attendance
    Monitor check-ins and check-outs, view attendance history, and handle missing or incorrect records through requests.

  • Review and Approve Leave
    Employees can submit leave requests. HR or managers can approve, reject, or comment on them.

  • Run Payroll
    Generate payslips, apply allowances and deductions, and view monthly salary summaries.

  • Process Project-Based Payments and Overtime
    Track hours worked on specific tasks and calculate corresponding payments.

  • Handle Internal Requests
    The Inbox collects attendance edits, leave applications, resignations, transfers, promotions, and other approval items.
