How to Set Up Multi-Location Check-In & Scan Check-In

If your employees work across multiple locations, you can enable Multi-Location Check-In and Scan Check-In features in the system. Here’s how to set it up:

1️⃣ Go to Settings

  • Click the User Icon from the main menu.

  • Navigate to Settings.

2️⃣ Open the Policies Tab

  • In Settings, click on the Policies tab.

  • Select the policy where you want to enable multi-location check-in.

3️⃣ Navigate to the Attendance Tab

  • Inside the policy, click on the Attendance tab.

  • Scroll down to find the settings related to Multi-Location Check-In and Multi-Location Scan Check-In.

4️⃣ Enable Multi-Location Check-In

  • Toggle “Multi-Location Check-In” ON (Yes) if you want employees to be able to check-in at any location that’s already set up in the system.

  • If toggled OFF (No), employees can only check-in at the specific location they are assigned to.

5️⃣ Enable Multi-Location Scan Check-In

  • This setting works the same way as Multi-Location Check-In but applies to QR or scan-based check-in.

  • Toggle ON(Yes) to allow scanning check-ins across any location.

  • Toggle OFF(No) to restrict scan check-in to the employee’s assigned location.

✅ Note:

  • Make sure all office locations are already added under Settings > Company > Locations before enabling these features.

  • These settings only apply to office/onsite check-in, not remote check-in.
