The CV Bulk Uploading feature helps recruiters manage large volumes of applications quickly and efficiently. By uploading PDF CVs in bulk, the system extracts candidate details—such as personal information, experience, education, skills, and certifications—and provides an AI rating to help you assess the candidate’s suitability for the role.
This guide explains how to access the feature, upload files, process documents, and review the extracted candidate information.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to the Recruitment Desk
From the left sidebar, click on the Recruitment tab.
You will be taken to the Recruitment Desk, where all posted job positions are listed.
2. Open the Job Detail Page
Select the job by clicking on its job title.
This opens the Job Detail Page for that specific position.
3. Access the Bulk Upload Feature
On the top-right corner of the Job Detail Page, click the Bulk Upload CV button.
A pop-up box will appear, allowing you to upload your CV files.
4. Upload the CV Files
Click Upload File to choose the document(s) you want to upload.

After selecting your files, click Extract CV.
5. Extract and Process CVs
The system will begin processing each document.
Wait until the status for every file shows “Complete.”
When all files are processed, click Finish.

All uploaded candidates will appear in the Screening column.
