Admins can change an employee’s policy (for example, from a Probation Policy to a Permanent Policy) directly from Settings.
Steps to Change an Employee’s Policy
Go to Settings and click Policies.
Select the policy type that the employee should move to
(for example, Permanent Policy).You will be taken to the Policy Details page.
Scroll down to the Employees in this Policy section.Click the green “Add Employee” icon.
Type the employee’s name and click Confirm.
Review the following details:
Employee Name
Policy Created Date
Attendance Time for the employee
After confirming the information, click Confirm.
Click Update Policy, then click Confirm to apply the changes.
Once completed, the employee will be successfully moved to the new policy.
