How to Add an Employee's Transfer

When you need to move an employee to a different department or change their office location, you can initiate an official transfer request. Please follow these instructions:


1. Access the Transfer Feature

  • Navigate to the Employee tab.

  • Click on Transfer.


2. Steps to Complete an Employee Transfer Request

Select the Transfer Type and Employee

  • Choose the Transfer Type: You can select from options such as Employee Request, Career Progression, Business Requirement, or Other (Optional).

  • Enter Employee Name: Select the employee you wish to transfer.

  • Once selected, the system will automatically fill in their current Position, Manager, Department, Policy, and Attendance Settings.

Salary and Probation Adjustments

  • Salary: If the transfer includes a salary change, enter the new amount. If there is no change, click the Skip button to bypass this section.

Set Approval and Details

  • Approver: Select the person responsible for authorizing this transfer.

  • Effective Date: Choose the date when the transfer will officially take place.

  • Location: Select the new office location for the employee.

Communication and Documentation

  • Fill in the Announcement Title, Announcement Content, Request Messages, and the updated Job Description.

  • Attachments: Click to upload any supporting documents (Optional).

  • Click Confirm to submit the request.


3. Approval and Completion

  • The transfer request will be sent to the designated Approver.

  • The approver can take action (Approve/Reject) using either the Mobile App or the Web Dashboard.

  • Once approved, the transfer is successfully updated in the system.

  • Employee Notification: The employee will automatically receive a notification once the transfer has been approved.


✅ Success: The employee's profile and organizational placement will be automatically updated on the specified effective date.
