We’re expanding the Performance Appraisal system to allow for a more comprehensive and multi-layered feedback process.
What’s New
Previously, the system supported a maximum of only 3 reviewers per appraisal.
With this update, the limit has been increased to support up to 7 reviewers, allowing for more inclusive 360-degree feedback.
How It Works
Admins can now assign up to 7 distinct reviewers during the appraisal setup phase.
Each of the 7 reviewers will receive notifications to provide their evaluations via the mobile app or web dashboard.
All feedback from the multiple reviewers is consolidated into a single, comprehensive performance report.
System admins maintain the ability to monitor the progress of all 7 reviewers and intervene if necessary.
This feature ensures a more balanced and thorough evaluation process by incorporating perspectives from a wider range of colleagues and managers.
