Previously, the Performance Appraisal form only supported a 1–5 rating scale, with an option to enable or disable 0.5 decimal ratings.
With this upcoming enhancement, admins will be able to choose different rating scales, including:
1–3
1–4
1–5
The Allow 0.5 decimal toggle will remain available for each rating scale, giving organizations greater flexibility in designing their appraisal process.
This improvement allows companies to tailor performance evaluations to better match their internal assessment standards.
