Currently, in the published Performance Appraisal form, employees can see the names of reviewers.
With this upcoming enhancement, reviewer names will be hidden in the published Performance Appraisal form. Employees will be able to view the appraisal content and feedback without seeing who the reviewers are.
This improvement helps ensure greater privacy and supports a more unbiased and confidential appraisal process.
