Job Grade (Upcoming Feature)

The Job Grade feature allows admins to create and manage job levels for employees, helping standardize job classification across the organization.

Admins can add multiple job grades (such as Job Grade 1, 2, 3) from Settings → Employees → Job Grade, and customize each job grade with a unique color for easy identification.

Once set up, job grades can be assigned to employees from the Employee Directory. The assigned job grade will be visible during payroll creation, including both the Draft and Generated payroll stages.

The Job Grade settings page also displays how many employees are using each job grade. Unused job grades can be deleted directly, ensuring clean and well-managed job grade data.
