Q: Why am I being prompted to "Go to Login" as soon as I enter the app?
A: This happens because your login session has expired. For security purposes, the app is designed to automatically log users out after a certain period of inactivity. Simply tap Go to Login and enter your credentials again to resume using the app.
Note:
To avoid frequent logouts, ensure you are using the latest version of the app from the Play Store or App Store.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
