Q: Why do I see the error “Something went wrong” when requesting Project-based Payment & OT?
A: This general error usually occurs because the Reason or Description field was left blank. For Project-Based Payment and OT, the system requires a written justification before the request can be processed. To fix it:
Go back to your request form.
Ensure you have typed a clear reason or project details in the mandatory text field.
Re-submit the request.
Note: If you have filled in the reason and still see this error, check your internet connection or contact your Admin to ensure the project you are selecting is still active.
